Swamp Yankee Firearms will fingerprint you and submit your Form 1 application(s) to the ATF in order to comply with the new ruling on stabilizing braces on "other" firearms with barrels under 16". The ATF is offering an amnesty period where the $200 fee is waived on existing firearms until May 31, 2023. This is done by appointment only and will occur either in the evenings or on the weekends pending availability. You will be contacted via email within 24 hours of checkout to schedule.
